Forget God
Here’s what it means
To disregard, abandon, or live without loyalty to God.
Why the Bible says it this way
The problem is covenant neglect, not a simple failure of memory.
An idiom is a familiar phrase whose meaning comes from the whole expression, not from reading each word by itself.
