Fill the heart
Here’s what it means
To strongly influence, embolden, or lead someone to decide on an action.
Why the Bible says it this way
The phrase does not mean filling an organ with a substance; the context identifies what controls the person's intention.
An idiom is a familiar phrase whose meaning comes from the whole expression, not from reading each word by itself.
