Feet swift to shed blood
Here’s what it means
Eager and ready to commit violence.
Why the Bible says it this way
Speeding feet picture a person who moves quickly toward wrongdoing instead of resisting it.
An idiom is a familiar phrase whose meaning comes from the whole expression, not from reading each word by itself.
