These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Unforsaken.org and purchases made through our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or complete a purchase.

About Unforsaken

“Unforsaken,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Unforsaken.org and its store. Questions about these terms or an order may be sent to josh@unforsaken.org.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity performed through your account. Please provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Products, Pricing, and Order Acceptance

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors and handmade details may vary slightly because of screen settings, printing processes, materials, and the nature of handmade work. Prices, availability, and descriptions may be corrected when an error is discovered. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not require us to accept an order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, an undeliverable address, or another material problem. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Print-on-Demand and Handmade Goods

Many physical products are made only after an order is placed. Production begins quickly and may be performed by a fulfillment partner. Because these products are made to order, cancellation and change-of-mind returns are limited as explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Future handmade products may have natural variations that do not constitute a defect.

Digital Products and License

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchasing a digital resource gives the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, noncommercial use. You may print a reasonable number of copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share access to, republish, or commercially exploit the files. Contact us before copying a paid resource for a church, class, or group.

Payments, Taxes, and Donations

Payment is due when an order is placed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other required amounts are shown before the order is submitted when they can be calculated. Donations are voluntary gifts and do not purchase goods or services unless expressly stated. Donation corrections are addressed in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless we expressly promise otherwise. Shipping, address corrections, customs charges, delays, and lost-package procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligibility, reporting windows, evidence requirements, and refund timing differ by product type. The rules are stated in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Site and Store Use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, collect other users’ information without authorization, commit fraud, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access or cancel orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the ministry, or the site.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the site’s original text, studies, graphics, branding, downloads, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Unforsaken and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Scripture quotations and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and notices. Linking to a public page is welcome; reproducing substantial material requires prior written permission.

Educational and Ministry Information

Bible studies and other ministry content are provided for biblical teaching and general information. They are not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice and are not a substitute for qualified professional care when such care is needed.

Third-Party Services and Links

Payment processors, carriers, print providers, and other service providers may help operate the store. Their systems and delivery networks are outside our direct control. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unforsaken will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable United States federal law, without depriving a consumer of protections that cannot be waived under applicable law. We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
