Joshua
Founder of Unforsaken
My name is Joshua. I am a husband, a father of two, and the founder of Unforsaken.
For more than ten years, I have devoted myself to the serious and in-depth study of the Bible. I have spent thousands of hours cross-referencing Scripture, learning the original Hebrew and Greek from the Textus Receptus, and seeking to understand the full counsel of God. I have not attended seminary, nor do I hold a formal theological degree. I am a lay teacher. But I have pursued the truth of God’s Word with diligence, prayer, and reverence.
Though I was raised in a non-denominational church, my faith in those early years was cultural, not transformational. That changed when I truly encountered the Gospel for myself. After reading the entire Bible in just three months, I came under conviction and repented. From that moment forward, my life became centered on Scripture and the Lordship of Jesus Christ.
Since then, I have been involved in men’s ministry, local Bible study leadership, and personal evangelism. My passion is helping believers grow in discernment and confidence in the Scriptures. I do not follow denominational systems or theological trends. I simply open the Word, study it faithfully, and teach what it says.
Professionally, I work in the technology field where I manage IT projects for a large organization. I have completed certifications in project management and advanced leadership through the University of Nevada, Reno. While my work is in the tech world, my calling is to teach the Word of God. I include this only to show that I take my responsibilities seriously and that I am committed to thoughtful, well-grounded work in both life and ministry.
Unforsaken is the fruit of that calling. This ministry exists to help believers return to the authority of Scripture, to grow in sound doctrine, and to prepare for the soon return of Christ. I believe we are living in the final days. I believe the Church has been weakened by compromise. My desire is to build up the remnant, strengthen the faithful, and proclaim the truth without apology.
I am not here to entertain. I am here to equip.
